Wait several minutes before washing the hair to remove any remaining gel. If you are using the gel to treat other areas of the body put small amount of gel on a finger and gently rub it into the affected area until a small film is left. Do not cover the area to allow any excess to evaporate while washing your hands with soap and water to keep it from coming into contact with areas not being treated. If the gel contacts your eyes, wash them out thoroughly and inform your physician as soon as possible. You are also recommended to use the doses at the same time each day to get the most efficient results by keeping a constant level of medicine on the skin at all times.
